OnPoint's Performance Manager™ is a web interface designed to provide managers the ability to easily view, make assignments, and create reports for a defined set of users and/or groups. Using the same interface as OnPoint's Course Manager, the Performance Manager interface hides those options normally available to content authors and system administrators, and shows only the menu functions that relate to the management and reporting aspects of a particular set of users that the Manager has been given rights to view and control. Each individual Performance Manager may be assigned unique access rights if desired.
