OnPoint offers a Hosted "Pilot" option to facilitate pilot projects (between 250-500 users) for larger customers. With the Pilot option, OnPoint hosts a private "instance" for you on an OnPoint hosted shared server with up to 10GB/month disk storage. Costs are the same as in Option C, with the exception of the reduced monthly hosting fee.

The benefits of this option include:

• reduced hosting cost by utilizing a shared server ($100/month vs $400/month)
• lower initial costs can help project sign-off and faster implementation for pilots or phased system roll-out
• support up to 500 users before moving to a dedicated server
