Dashboard Reports have been added as a standard feature to the Performance Manager application, allowing managers immediate statistics on user assignment progress and completion. The addition of organizational charts also makes it possible for performance managers to report on all users that fall under them within the organization's management hierarchy, rather than just by specified groups.
A new capability in the testing area allows administrators to create automatic "post" assignments based on a user's specific test score achieved. This feature can also be used to drive automatic notifications to managers regarding user test results based on a specified score range. A new assessment option allows customers to assign an anonymous feedback form or survey to their users and produce reports detailing survey outcomes without any user identifiers tracked or recorded in the system.
