Notes for Standard Implementation

1. Minimum system purchase includes: (Qty 1) OnPoint Learning & Performance System License, (Qty 1) Course Manager License, (Qty 50) Content Viewer Licenses, Installation Support, and 1st year of Annual Software Maintenance of 18% for technical support/product updates.
2. Hosted Content Viewer (User) and Record Licenses are "use" licenses. Recurring annual license fees apply at a discounted rate of 50%.
3. The OnPoint System License includes all OnPoint server software, database schemas and tables, server OS (Linux), SQL (MySQL) database license, web server (Tomcat) license, and system documentation.
4. All initial software installation/integration fees are included.
5. OnPoint Server Hosting Fee is based on a 1-year contract. Includes dedicated server with 80GB storage and up to 1,000GB/month bandwidth transfer.
