User accounts stored in the CellCast Manager need to include correct mobile contact information, so organizations need to ensure that they have collected and entered all mobile numbers before sending out a CellCast. The typical CellCast Session uses the recipient's mobile phone number to authenticate and allow access to an assigned CellCast. In those cases where mobile numbers are not known, the CellCast Administrator can issue login and password credentials in a prepared notification for "pushed" CellCast Sessions.
