For all CellCast Sessions, the user's call time, call duration and question responses are tracked and recorded in the OnPoint CellCast Manager and are immediately available for review and/or reporting. Managers can view any tests or surveys that were associated with the CellCast, and see each response the User made. If the test question was a "Comment" type, the Manager can even listen to the spoken response given.
For existing OnPoint LMS customers, CellCasts can be associated with earned Skills and made part of any assigned Skill Profiles. Earning a skill completion can be achieved either by a completion status being received for completion of a CellCast, or by completing an assessment attached to that CellCast.
