Step 1 - Enter the number of Author/Admin Licenses you need[these are personnel who would create content and/or manage the system]
Step 2 - Enter the number of Reporting Manager Licenses you need[these are supervisory-level personnel who need reporting access]
Step 3 - Enter the number of User Licenses you need[all users who would access the CellCast system]
